Getting Started is Simple
Step 1: Consultation
Schedule a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where one of our coaches will sit down and talk with you about your goals. From there, we will create a custom plan to help you reach them regardless of whether you're "in shape" or not.
Step 2: Follow your customized nutrition plan
Say goodbye to fad diets. Our nutrition coaching is completely customizable. After your body composition analysis, your coach will help you determine your body fat, lean body mass, and basal metabolic rate. From there, you will work with your coach to map a plan that fits your lifestyle. The best part is we won't ask you to give anything up!
Step 3: Do 3x Workouts per week
Joining a new gym can be intimidating. With this program, it's easy. Whether you prefer 1-on-1 training or our small group classes, our program provides a safe environment that meets you exactly where you are.
Step 4: Celebrate your success at your goal setting sessions
So you're 3 weeks in and you've lost 5 lbs of fat, what happens next? In your goal setting session, we'll map out the steps so you're constantly improving.
