what will my first day be like?
At your first visit, one of our coaches will give you a tour of our facilities, talk to you about your goals, and walk you through what you can expect as a member of Flint CrossFit.
I want to get strong. Will I meet my strength goals doing crossfit?
Yes. In our 60 minute class, you will be exposed to powerlifting, weightlifting, and accessory lifts. We also offer custom programming along with our CrossFit+ Program membership for a more indivualized approach. The program can be completed during our daily open gym times, at home, or gym of choice. Your goals are our #1 priority.
I want to lose weight. Will I meet my goals doing crossfit?
Yes. There's no such thing as "cardio day" in our group classes. Every day, we do a conditioning component. Every day, we lift weights. Every day, we move closer to fitness. We also offer individual nutrition coaching to facilitate a healthy lifestyle both in and out of the gym. Learn more about our program here.

We take great pride in our programming and coaching. At Flint CrossFit, you will ALWAYS practice sound mechanics and technique before adding intensity.
