We’re all here to take better care of ourselves. In order to pursue true fitness, you need to put just as much emphasis on recovery days as “work” days. In an ideal world, a “perfect week” would look like this:
3x week: Metcon @70-80% capacity
2x week: accessory work
1x week (atleast): 45 minutes of yin style stretching
1x/Month: test your fitness at 100% capacity and test your training
Daily: eat real food & get good sleep
We try our best to make this fool proof by offering 40 CrossFit classes per week, 6 hours of open gym time, and 2 recovery classes. We write all of our own programming for all of our classes with YOU in mind. We’ve even taken it a step further to writing custom programming for you to work on skills, major lifts, and accessory movements.
