Our focus this month is on skills + conditioning. We are kicking off the year by establishing a 1RM CJ and SN, tackling our Baseline benchmark, and testing Fran and Diane. We have a fun NYE workout- a 20 Min AMRAP to round out 2019. Get ready to see lots of skill portions, and finishers that include kipping pull ups, HSPU, HS walks, Muscle ups, rope climbs, and T2B. Our primary focus early in the month is on manicuring gymnastic skills. As we transition to February our focus will begin to shift more toward weightlifting skills. ⠀
